1947 Log Cabin overlooking Lake Luzerne in a peaceful setting to truly unplug. Just steps to the lake to swim, kayak & enjoy this quiet lake. Great Room is perfect for evening cards/games & front porch overlooks the lake. First floor has 2 bedrooms (1 Queen & 2 twins). Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (1 w/ 2 twins and 1 w/2 full beds and 6 twin beds/bunks). Kitchen fully equipped + outdoor grill & fireplace. No parties, guest must be 25+ (children allowed). Mobile hotspot for internet available. The space Stay at the best spot on the lake! Plenty of Adirondack Peaks and hiking trails within 10-80 miles for adventurous outdoor families. The Cabin is large and sleeps more than 10 people but occupancy is limited to 10 at all times to avoid overusing the septic system. Unfortunately, we do not allow parties, family reunions, etc. even for the day. The house is meant for one family or small group of friends to enjoy (or two small families.) Luzerne has a quaint downtown area with a small market, drug store, post office, restaurants, bank, public library, tennis courts and churches. Twenty-five minute drive to Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Casino & Raceway, Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), Glens Falls and much more. Many nearby attractions including whitewater rafting/tubing on the Hudson & Sacandaga Rivers, hiking, climbing, kayaking, weekly local concerts during summer months, horseback riding, rodeo, golf, history and local winery tours. Within 20 minutes of Lake George attractions (Steamboat trips, Fort William Henry, Great Escape, Magic Forest, boating, scuba diving, parasailing, etc.), outlet shopping and many restaurants. Albany International Airport is an hour drive (50 miles). Only 50 minutes to Gore Mountain and 15 minutes to West Mountain. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and surrounding area and a shared beach on beautiful, quiet Lake Luzerne. Other things to note The beach is shared with owner/guests at a nearby house
