COUNTY RULES Each county requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to our home's Short Term Rental Permit. Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors. Located downstairs it is separated from the house with it's own private entrance door just next to the main house door in the garage. Additional outside parking for 2 more cars is also available.
