The 3500 sq. ft. home is 4 miles from Mayo/St. Mary's and features hardwood flooring throughout, 10' ceilings, a custom kitchen with a large marble island, stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens, gas stovetop, 2 dining areas, a large main living area with a 75” HD TV, an office with built-in shelving, a large laundry room, a huge back yard and a deck with a gas grill. Additional parking on street during applicable months. *The lower walkout level may be rented to other guests during your stay so NO PARTIES please. *Flat screen TV's in 3 of the bedrooms upstairs. *Since I live in the home part-time, some of my personal belongings will be there. You will have access to many kitchen essentials(oils, spices, condiments, coffee, etc.). *No pets due to severe allergies/asthma. Thank you. The home is accessible via the 2-car garage or the front door. A garage door opener will be provided. Additional parking on the street available during applicable months. There is a park & ride parking lot 1 mile from the home if street parking is unavailable due to snow plowing. I travel quite a bit so I may or may not be available in person. If you run into any problems I have a few trusted individuals who will be able to help out. The home/apartment is located in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. Rochester is very easy to navigate if you have a car. There are also many options for those without a vehicle. It's about 8-10 min. Uber ride from the home to Mayo($6.00). There are public buses and a park & ride about a mile away. Absolutely no loud parties as there may be guests staying in the lower level apartment during your stay. Thank you.
