PLEASE NOTE: We have an extra bedroom that can accommodate 1-2 guests if you want to bring family or friends. This room is smaller with a Queen bed and the fee is $100 per night. The bathroom would be shared between both rooms. The booking guest (you) would reserve the main bedroom as per normal & then inform me if you would like to book the 2nd room. I would then request the extra fee for the 2nd room from you. This option is only for your friends or family & not other guests. The space We are a 10 min walk from Picton's Main Street, which has many great restaurants, cafes and shops. We are a 15-minute drive to Sandbank's beaches & close to many of the wineries and breweries. The main guest room is a master bedroom, large, bright & quiet, with a new King-size bed. It has two-night tables, a large dresser, a clothes closet, a sitting area with 2 comfy chairs and a table., and a small bar fridge. Please note that there is no TV in the room. The smaller bedroom for a friend or relative has a Queen bed & a small sofa chair. Guests have their own private bathroom. We only rent out the second room to your friend(s) so you will have lots of privacy on the second floor because we have our suite in the basement. We can serve coffee, tea & a muffin in the morning if you wish. We have one pet, a five year-old cat named Molly. She is pretty quiet and mainly keeps to herself. We don't take children as we aren't set up to accomodate kids. Guest access Guests may only access the bedroom, bathroom, dining room & front porch. During your stay We are available for questions at any time. Just contact us through the messeage portal here. Other things to note The nightly fee is all-inclusive as we don't charge a cleaning fee or any other fees. We also don't take children as we aren't set up to handle kids.
