A Shore Thing is the updated beach home you and your guests are looking for! This classic beach cottage has been redone to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, hardwood floors, and all the deck space you could want. The den and kitchen have a large eat-in area, and there is a large sun deck with built-in seating great for meals as well! You will also find an over sized screened-in porch to relax on and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is a large flat screen TV in the downstairs den, there is also a sleeper sofa in the coffee/reading room, great for guests that want to spread out. On the lower level there are three bedrooms, each with a queen. One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom and large walk in closet. The other 2 queen bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom and one is equipped with its own wet bar. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has 2 bunk beds with attached bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins with a private bathroom. With a location like this the options on activities to experience while here are endless! Bedding Information: 3 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa Additional Amenities: Outside Shower, Extra Tvs, Dvd player, WiFi, Offstreet parking for 4 vehicles, Foosball Table, Checkers/Chess, Keurig INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This property manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
