Fabulous large pool view! This contemporary space is nestled in a neighborhood within blocks of the heart of downtown Ft Lauderdale and Las Olas Blvd. You will enjoy your own separate, private 1 bedroom unit. 1 assigned off street parking spot. Whether in town for business or pleasure, you will delight in your stay in Ft. Lauderdale. (three units share the pool, non heated pool. Sheets, towels, and furniture are basic Ikea level) The space You'll have private access to the entire apartment. Outdoor areas are shared with the other two units within this building. No shared indoor spaces. This fully equipped and furnished one bedroom apartment, with comfy queen size bed in the bedroom, pullout couch bed in living room and full bath is ideally located within a mile of the best nightlife, fine dining, & shopping in the city. 3-unit building-- only three units share the pool. Kitchen is equipped with standard kitchen items. Please note we do not provide consumable food type items including coffee, spices, etc. Please note that the towels are all pretty new but very basic level. We can not use more expensive towels because so many get ruined, and we are not able to build buying that many towels into this nightly rate. This is a small space for 4 adults and the couch bed is not ideal for 2 adults. (See picture of the couch bed in the listing) Guest access Entire private one bedroom apt with separate entrance and easy access 24/7 with keypad lock. Code is added and deleted with each guest for your security. Other things to note (Note: non-heated pool, shared with 2 other units) Door opens directly to outside, please do not leave doors open for any period of time outside of opening and closing or bugs can come. This is Florida so please be mindful of that. The cleaning fee is our actual cost to have the unit cleaned, we make no profit on that. This is the normal market price. I, the Tenant/guest, agree to hold the Landlord harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence that may occur from using the Pool and assume all responsibility for my other habitants and guests. Operating hours for Pool are as follows: 10am to 10pm every day. All individuals using Pool must have a minimum level of swimming proficiency and/or must be properly supervised and utilize the appropriate lifesaving or floatation equipment to safely and properly utilize the Pool. Any Tenant/guest who brings a guest or minor into Pool must insure that said individual is properly supervised and has the appropriate level of swimming proficiency to safely and properly utilize the Pool. The pool is over 8’ deep on the deep end. Persons under the age of fourteen (14) years old should not use Pool without an adult in attendance. No glass is permitted anywhere in the Pool or Pool area. Diving is not allowed at any time in the Pool. Voices should be kept at a minimum along with radios to not disturb others Noise, city ordinance: All occupants must not make any sound plainly audible for a period of one minute or longer at a distance of twenty five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am daily and a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm daily.
