The property is close to the pool, spa, and rec center, with access to three spectacular golf courses, six pickleball courts, and miles and miles of hiking and biking trails. With 1,400 square feet of living space, this is a great place to just sit and relax after a great day of hiking, skiing or golfing! A full bath with shower and large tub is connected to the master bedroom, including a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full dresser and a TV. While the spare bedroom has a queen size bed , full dresser and a TV. The living area is quite large and includes a large dining area with a dining table and eight chairs. Enjoy the gas fireplace, (queen) sleeper sofa, and a breakfast bar for two. You can access the back deck from either the living room or master bedroom. Help yourselves to the Traeger BBQ, and the gas BBQ on the back patio, where you'll also find a gas firepit to roast your marshmallows on for smores, and keep your feet warm while sitting on the patio watching the stars at night! The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you will need to cook your meals, including a coffee pot, hot water pot, toaster, crockpot, electric fying pan, waffle iron, hand mixer, kitchen utensils, various spices and condiments, all the dishes you'll need, pots and pans, and of course wine glasses! Enjoy the local pickle ball courts, basketball courts, clubhouse with pool, workout room, hot-tub, children's pool and water feature, hiking trails, mountain views, fishing, three golf courses and much more!
