We are keeping a track record of super host cleanliness, and added anti-viral spray in between guests to be sure it is sanitized. All the comforts of home. It is so nice to stay at home all day to work, rest, read, bird watch, cook or absorb the sun and beauty of JT and star gaze there in the night. You can take a 1/2 mile walk to a variety of food, yoga, health food shop, general store. Gas and The National Park entrance are very close. Nice views of mountains to north and west, JT valley to south. Big shade tree in yard is a great place to hang out. The TYPE Inn positively does have wifi! It is perfect for internet work, music or netflix, etc. Unplug and do other stuff, read, write, play "good old fashioned" games. ;) Slow cook. No stairs inside or out. Whole house, and front, large side yards and private backyard. Guests let themselves in the with a code. Unless there is an unusual circumstance, we just come after you leave to clean. But if you need us, then the neighboring management is happy to show up and help! The Type Inn is at the top of the hill. Corner lot. All fenced. Last house on the paved road. Row of mailboxes at edge of yard. Street lamp... Sound carries far so be aware of your own voice and that there are others you might hear. Only one immediate neighbor on backside of house. Drive or walk down Sunset to the Strip of shops. Bring a bike or hop in the car and onto Hwy 62 in a minute. One block to Park Avenue, park entrance. Yes Pets. But we do require you bring separate bedding, keep off beds and quilts and pickup in the yards yourself before leaving. Any extra cleaning is your responsibility or will be charged. The property is entirely fenced in. And the front opens to the backyard. It is perfect for a dog to run. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. Plenty of pillows. We are constantly working on it so it just gets better all the time! Wifi speed is 245mb/second download and 10 mb/second upload.
