The space Fantastic vacation home with large, open shared space at the center of the home including a deluxe, gourmet kitchen fully stocked to allow you to make meals and stay in with family and friends as well as a large 8-person dining table plus barstools for extras. Excellent master suite with private bathroom with dual-sink vanity, shower, private toilet and a large walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms plus a fully equipped hall bathroom with tub/shower. Two-car garage for guest use during stay with wireless door opener(s) available for use during stay. Expanded, custom patio including lounge furniture and small table and chairs and large propane barbecue. Close access to the custom waterfall pool including waterslide and huge 15-person spa/hot tub (short walk from patio, but not so close to hear all the pool noise). Guest access Guests will have access to entire vacation house as well as garage and patio. Guests will also have access to community amenities including two deluxe, custom pools, pool house, exercise gym with equipment and open grassy areas. Guests will also have easy access to neighboring Gubler Park including pickleball (lighted until 11pm), baseball diamonds, playgrounds, sand volleyball, open grassy areas, etc. Other things to note Swim Diapers REQUIRED for all Paradise village Pool users AGE 3 AND UNDER, even if potty trained. Swim diapers available for $1 at the Sand Shack in the "Kid's Cove" pool area. Of note: There is a security camera installed on the outside front of the home and one in the garage area. The home is equipped with a basic security system including door contact sensors and motion detectors. All these security items are generally turned off when guests are using the home. If you are a booked guest, please inquire if you have concerns. There is ABSOLUTELY NO RECORDING DEVICE INSIDE the home. Guest privacy is paramount and will be respected.
