Welcome to the Cottage! This cottage sits directly on Cassadaga Lake where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every night from the concrete patio or from the couch. Feel free to go kayaking, fishing, or swimming directly from the dock or shoreline. Perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy lake life for the weekend, week, or month! *NEW* 2 kayaks are available for free use during your stay. No gatherings, events, and/or parties larger than your reservation. Free parking up to 2 cars. The space Come enjoy this lakefront cottage for a week, month, or even just for a long weekend! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your uninterrupted view of the lake from the kitchen, dining, or living room. Enjoy a brew 🍻 with a view! The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot ready for use. It is fully-stocked with pots, pans, plates, and silverware. The dining room table seats up to four while providing a beautiful view of Cassadaga Lake. The living room has a television, couch, and chairs to lounge out. In the bathroom there’s a standup shower, toilet, and sink. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided. The bedroom hosts a queen bed and closet. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a day bed in the front living room that can sleep up to 2 people. If staying inside isn’t your thing, hang outside on the new concrete patio with table, chairs, and picnic table. The dock is right outside where you’ll be able to go swimming or fishing. There is place to dock your boat (please inquire about dock if you plan on using). If visiting in the winter, this lake is popular for ice fishing! There is a washer and dryer on site. Guest access You are welcome to bring your own kayaks and canoes. The cottage is directly on the lake and has easy accessibility. If you’re bringing a fishing boat or Pontoon there is a DEC Boat Launch located on the 2nd lake. All 3 lakes are connected. Other things to note Located only 10 miles away from Fredonia. Jamestown comedy center is 19 miles away! Lily Dale is within an easy bike ride, walk, or drive! Chautauqua Lake is 18 miles away! Conewango Amish Trails are a nice country side attraction. Perfect place for ice fishing in the winter easy accessibility to the lake! Or visit Cockaigne Ski Resort for snowboarding, skiing & more! Only a 20 minute drive!
