Stretch out and relax in the walk-in level apartment of our beautiful Milton home. Your private entrance opens into your spacious, open-concept living room & kitchen which separate your king suite from your two bedrooms which share a bath. Hardwoods, granite counter tops, copper sinks, clawfoot tub, jacuzzi, walk in shower, huge cherry top island, fireplace, treadmill, beautiful decor, screened porch, and rocking chair veranda - all nestled in the woods on an equestrian-farm-lined gravel road. The space Milton is peppered with equestrian farms. Our home is located on a quiet gravel road lined with several of them. We enjoy daily walks down this park-like road. Our home is a renovated brick ranch with lots of outdoor living areas to enjoy in this peaceful, wooded setting. And, rural though it is, we have conveniences galore five miles away -- Ga 400, Milton and Alpharetta shopping and restaurants, MARTA Park and ride, and many corporate offices. The 'apartment' has two wings - the king suite on one side, the two bedrooms and third bath on the other - and an open concept living room/kitchen separating them for ultimate privacy. The king suite has TWO full bathrooms - one with a jetted tub and one with a walk in shower. It also has an office/dressing room with a treadmill. The two other bedrooms share an elegant bathroom with clawfoot tub (complete with shower ring and handle). There is also a spacious laundry room complete with iron and ironing board. You can also enjoy our lovely rocking chair veranda and large screened back porch. The house is tastefully decorated in a comfortable, eclectic style with antiques and modern furniture mixed in. Guest access You have the whole main level of our home plus the rocking chair veranda and back screened porch. You have two assigned parking spaces very convenient to the home. In the lower level of the home we have an additional two separate living spaces -- ours and a guest suite (also available on Airbnb), each have a separate, private entrance. We all share the driveway, back sun deck, and hammock. The terrace level and back yard are reserved for the lower level guest, and the front yard is reserved for the upstairs guest. We have found that guests rarely see each other, and we try very hard to give all guest peace and privacy. Other things to note Thermostats must not cool below 69 nor heat above 74 degrees. Laundry loads limited to 2 in 24 hour period. The king suite has TWO full bathrooms. Other two bedrooms SHARE a bath. Children are welcome. Our home is not "child proof". Please make sure your children are careful and respectful of our property. Additional time cleaning stains will require additional fee. Please make sure that all members of your party are familiar with the house rules.
