Relax and enjoy a sunset nightly in our 2,200+ square foot canal front home in Punta Gorda Isles, FL. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, has been completely renovated and is awaiting your arrival! Entertain guests by shooting a game of pool in the casual living room or relax on the large screened in lanai. This home is 1 mile from Fisherman’s Village, minutes from downtown Punta Gorda, restaurants and grocery. Another bonus to this location is that Punta Gorda airport is only 5 miles away. Cruise the canals on the two kayaks or explore the miles of bike trails on the two bicycles. Do you like to fish? Enjoy fishing off the dock with the included rods and gear. The heated pool has rafts to float on and enjoy the beautiful South Florida weather! The home has three memory foam beds (1 King, 2 Queen) and a Queen size pull out couch in the family room. The swimming pool is heated by a roof mounted solar heating system. Due to limitations on how warm the solar heater can heat the pool, new for 2023 we have added supplemental heat pump which can be used for those who like a water temperature of up to 85 degrees. Cost to use the heat pump is an additional $100/week and is optional. Please just let us know prior to your stay if you wish to use it so we can have the pool up to temperature prior to your arrival. I will be available by phone and have a property manager who lives locally and can take care of anything if needed. The home is located in quaint and upscale Punta Gorda Isles. There are miles of saltwater canals and bike trails. Drive to one of several local beaches or rent a boat and get there by water! Lots of wonderful restaurants at Fisherman's Village and downtown Punta Gorda. Relax in the screened in pool / lanai. Grab a rental car or Uber at Punta Gorda Airport and then you are less than 10 minutes from arriving at this beautiful home!
