Gorgeous 6 Bedroom Executive Cottage - "Special weekly, monthly, and Winter Discount 20-35%" Short walk to Lake Simcoe, Innisfil Beach Park, Public Beach, Fishing Dock & Boat Launch, winter & summer activity, Ice Fishing. Close to Friday Harbor all Season Resort, many Golf Courses, Sunset Speedway, Innisfil Arena & OLG Slots, short walk to Grocery, LCBO, Pizza Pizza, Tim Horton, Subway Sandwich & Restaurants. Ample Parking. Guest must be 25 years or older in order to book this properly. The space This Cottage is ideal for Family & Friends gatherings, Birthday Parties, Corporate Retreats, yoga, mindfulness retreats, Executive parties, and meetings. We accommodate a maximum of 16 Guests. However, there is an extra guest fee/charge of $30 per night per guest after 6 guests. You must enter the guest’s details in the guest section of the booking system with a total number of adults, children, and infants. Please note that We strictly do not permit loud gatherings or boozy parties (no large reservations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or other young adult events), ticketed events, or open-invite parties. This 2 Storey Executive Cottage comprised 6 Bedrooms and 4 full Washrooms, One large Dining Room, two Family rooms, and two Kitchens. Main Floor: has Large Family Rm with Gas Fireplace & 65” 4K smart TV Wi-fi and Rogers Select Cable TV, Dining Table with 12 seating, Large Kitchen with specious center island & bar stools, walkout to Patio with Gas BBQ facility & Patio Furniture. 2nd Floor: Master Bedroom has one King Bed, en suite with Jacuzzi & Walk-in Closet. 2nd and 3rd Bedroom has Queen beds in each room and a common washroom serving these two beds. Loft: 4th Bedroom Located at loft between main and 2nd floor has 2 Queen beds and a love seat. And a 3rd washroom serving the loft bedroom. Basement: has 2 Bedrooms each one has one Queen Bed and an Electric Fireplace. The basement family room has a 55” 4K smart TV, Rogers Select Cable TV, Electric Fireplace, 2nd Kitchen, and 4th washroom. Parking: We accommodate max 6 regular-size cars. Parking is only allowed on the driveway. Strictly NO PARKING inside the garage. Note: Every other Wednesday from 6:00 Am to 5:00 Pm Parking will not be permitted on the side driveway in front of the Garbage Bin to provide access for the Garbage Truck to pick up the garbage, advance notice will be provided to the guests to remove the cars during this specified time. However, guests can park their cars in front of both the garage and on the street during garbage pick-up time. Bedding Arrangement: We have 6 queens and one king bed in our 6 bedrooms which will accommodate 14 guests based on 2 guests on each bed. The remaining 2 guests will be accommodated on Couches or air mattresses. Please note that extra bedding will only be provided if the number of guests exceeds 14, based on reported extra guests. Update us on the exact number of Guests so that we can provide you with extra bedding accordingly in order to avoid any inconvenience. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including the 2-bedroom basement suite, except the designated storage areas in the house and outside Shed (Otherwise No Sharing whatsoever with other tenants or guests). Laundry Access: Washer and Dryer facility only available for more than 6 nights' stay. The backyard: The guest will have access to the fenced backyard as well, however, doesn't have any patio, gazebo, and backyard furniture. We also have a wraparound balcony facing the backyard which has two benches to sit and enjoy the backyard. Other things to note Kitchen Basics: We do provide cooking basics, pots and pans, initial salt, and papers but we do not provide cooking oil & spices guest needs to bring their own if want to do the cooking. Linen & Supplies: We provide linens, duvets, blankets pillows, etc., and initial supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and a few bath towels. If guests need more they can bring their own. We strongly recommend that bring their bath towel. Security Cameras: This property is being monitored under Video Surveillance. Security Cameras are installed at house Entrances, Backyard sides, Driveways, and Garages. However, strictly no Camera is installed inside the house. Safety Devices: We have a water leak protection system installed in the house in order to protect the house from any potential water damage so please do not drop any water on dry areas of the house. If there is any water dropped on any dry area where water is not supposed to be the water leak sensor will be operated and shut off the whole house’s water. Please be very careful and if you have no water in the house please call me immediately. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed on each floor for the safety of guests and property so please do not cover and disable any safety device. Garbage Handling Rules: We made an arrangement for Garbage Bin Service for your convenience, all you need to do, is pack all your garbage properly in a garbage bag, and once it is full please put it in the Bin sitting on the side Driveway. Please make sure all the garbage is dumped in the BIN before checking out. Please Don’t leave any garbage inside the house or in the garage otherwise, it will stink and create flies and other insects. Maintenance Staff Access: Service & maintenance staff will have access to the Garage in order to water the grass and plants from 7:00 Am to 6;00 Pm.
