This Beautiful 3 story home is located directly on the Indian River. Just a 15-20 minute boat ride away from Sebastian Inlet, with a private dock. This home has 3 Bedrooms, 1 extra room with a twin bed, 4.5 baths and a balcony on each floor. The space The first floor consists of a living room with a queen size pull out sofa, Cable TV, dining area with a custom made farmhouse table, functioning kitchen, laundry room and half bath. The 2nd floor has a living room with a sectional sofa, flat screen smart tv only(no cable), mini bar, pool table, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and bathroom. The second bedroom has two bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people, and a private bathroom. The second floor is also has a Day bed and a Trundle bed in the living area. The third floor consists of the master bedroom which has a king size bed, TV with Amazon Firestick to stream your own movies (No cable), and large bathroom. Attached to the master suite is an extra room which includes a twin size bed, and a bathroom, that is accessible by walking thru the closet of the master bedroom. This home is equipped with paddle boards and kayaks as well. Feel free to bring your own boat, or there are boat rentals in the area. Parking: There is not a lot of space for parking, the driveway including the garage can fit around 4-5 vehicles. There is no space for a boat trailer, however you can keep your truck&trailer at the boat ramp next door or rent a parking slip from Treasure Coast Marina next door. No pets.
