We provide a few standard coffee pods. Please bring your preferred pods or coffee. Balconies in living area and master bedroom. Balcony across entire front of condo with views of the channel to Lake Michigan. Watch and Listen to the Musical Fountain during summer nights. Watch Fireworks during 4th of July and Coast Guard. There is no on site management. There is no need to meet to exchange keys. Beautiful Grand Haven is family friendly. Cross the street and take a stroll on the Boardwalk along the channel to the Pier and State Park Beach. Walking distance or a short drive to downtown and the beach. Your preference. There is a Trolley for public use. Refer to our other unit #6 if this unit is full or have need for additional room. Guest access Full access to unit and deck. One parking space is included. Parking is at street level under the building. Parking is tight please be careful. See photos for example of full size truck and car fit. Extra parking is available for $15 per night based upon availability. Please request when booking. Other things to note Parking Each unit has designated parking at street level which is located under the building and is covered. Note that the parking under the building is tight. Please refer to the photo of the parking space. It shows a F-250 Ford truck and a Toyota Camry for example of parking space. Most cars do fit however if you have a challenge with parking in tight spaces you will want to park offsite at the public parking space a block away. A link to the parking will be provided upon check in. Extra parking is available for $15 per night based upon availability. Please request when booking. Check-In / Check-Out Check in as at 4pm Check out at 11am Please only request early Check-In or Late Check-Out when necessary. If requested our cleaning person will determine if she has time to accommodate. Typically Early Check-In is 2pm and Late Checkout is 12pm. The extra fee is $20 for either.
