The space This large retreat is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It has numerous spaces for groups of people to enjoy and relax in. The dining room has a long table for family dinners and is connected to the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is bright and airy with lots of room to cook and congregate. There are 2 living spaces on the main level and a large living space (with walkout access to the backyard) on the lower level. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom is very roomy with a comfortable king bed and private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The bathroom has doors that lead to an upper deck with beautiful views of the back property. There’s a second full bathroom on the upper level complete with a tub as well. The middle bedroom is spacious with a queen bed. This room also has access to the upper deck facing the back. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk above. (Twin bunk bed is only suitable for children 10 and under) The main level has a 4th bedroom attached to the kitchen that can double as a living area/play area when the barn doors are opened in the morning. This room has a queen Murphy bed. The lower level has a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and is connected to a full bathroom. Both the main level living room and lower level living room have queen air mattresses available as well as 2 total couches. In the lower level, the living room and bedroom both separately lead to a large kitchen and laundry room. Cozy up next to the fireplace or enjoy the large tv in the downstairs area. Main floor also has a half bath located right off the kitchen. Upper backyard is fenced in with a beautiful 20x40’ swimming pool. The property continues past the fence to large open green space and wooded lot. You’ll feel completely removed from city living while relaxing on the back deck looking out at the trees. There is a large upper balcony that can be accessed by 2 bedrooms upstairs. The deck has privacy curtains and chairs in warmer weather months. The main deck is beautiful and enormous, complete with two 8' long tables, privacy curtains, lounging furniture and a kids table in warmer weather months. Guest access Entire house is available for guest access. Large open and wooded lot also available for guests. Other things to note This home is perfectly located minutes from both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis but with the calm of a spacious lot. There is a pack n play, a high chair and toys available for small children upon request. Gatherings that take place on the property of over 16 guests will be subject to a $500-$1000 fee.
