The space This is a 2nd floor unit with elevator access and one large room with a queen bed, full sofa bed, bunk bed and an optional single futon mattress for the 7th person. The condo can is limited to 4 adults. The room has TV/DVD player with cable TV. The kitchen is well equipped and the dinning table seats 4. The bathroom has a large bathtub. Located adjacent to the Brian Head Navajo ski slopes with ski-in/out access and centrally located to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, & Grand Canyon. This condo has beautiful views of the Giant Steps ski area and Wi-Fi throughout the condo. This condo is equipped with DVD player and Cable TV Inside heated parking with 23 first come / first serve parking stalls and plenty of outdoor parking for trailers, campers and large trucks. A baby crib/playpen (Pack 'N Play) with reversible napper/changer and matching sheet provided upon request. Copper Chase is a premiere condominium project with ski-in/ski-out access to the Navajo ski basin. Copper Chase boasts a large solarium pool/Jacuzzi with adjacent fitness room. Amenities also include separate male/female saunas in locker rooms, large group sitting/meeting/lounge area with fireplace and large LCD TV, guest business center with computer and printer, summer sun decks with two BBQs, and picnic area with volleyball and open play area. The FREE town shuttle that operates during ski season stops at Copper Chase and serves both ski basins as well as most lodging and restaurants. Copper Chase has a huge solarium pool complex with Jacuzzi, fitness center, separate male/female locker rooms with showers & saunas. There are multiple BBQ's on the deck adjacent to the deck and expansive grounds that backup to the Navajo ski slopes. We provide fishing equipment, and the Brian Head lake/pond is just a few minutes' walk from the condo. We have a 23 car indoor heated garage and they are available on a first come first use basis. You may ONLY park one car in the garage. There is also outdoor overflow parking for motor homes trailers and over-sized vehicles. Hiking, bicycle and skiing areas can all be accessed directly from the Copper Chase property. Other things to note The price varies by season, holiday events and on weekends as noted on the rate sheet. Please contact owner for special weekly rates. Environmental Sensors: Small wireless sensors are located throughout this condo (small black boxes with antenna) to remotely monitor temperature, water, & motion, in order to alert owners to possible freezing or flooding conditions. Please do not remove or tamper with these sensors. Guests will be required to accept Terms & Conditions which will be provided when requesting a reservation. Pool Towels (White w/ Orange Stripe) are provided in a white plastic basket in the condo. Please do NOT leave them at the pool. Pool hours are 10 a.m to 10 p.m. No glass in the pool. No children under 3 (without swim diapers) in the pool. No children under 5 in hot-tub (state law). We provide as a courtesy for our guests, 2 sets of Shakespeare fishing poles and a fully stocked tackle box (with bait) is included during spring, summer & fall. Enjoy the new Brian Head lake/pond stocked with fish. Must be requested at booking time. The futon mattress for the 5th person is located in under the full size bed. along with a sealed bin containing sheets, pillow and a blanket. This is a single room condo. I.e. it is like a large hotel room with a kitchen. The bedroom is NOT separate from the living area. In addition to: Bedding (sheets, blankets, comforter & pillows), bath, hand & wash towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. I also supply the following items in the condo.
