Beautiful 3 bedroom condo on the bay in Key Largo, Florida. Our home is located right by the water and the newly renovated pool. Because we are on the first floor closest to the water, we are just a few steps away from the best areas including the beach, pool, clubhouse, grilling cabana, and the marina. Beautiful view from patio and master bedroom. Amazing sunsets can be enjoyed right from our deck. A dock slip can be rented depending upon availability. The space - 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 baths - Sleeps 7 - Relax in a family room with big sectional couch and flat screen TV - The master bedroom has a king bed, cable & smart TV, and a view of the bay - The second bedroom has bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin on top - The third bedroom has 1 king bed and a queen pull-out sofa, is a completely private downstairs unit with cable TV, a full bath, and a kitchenette. -Downstairs there is a great deck with a table and chairs where you can enjoy the amazing sunsets. Dive shops within a 1/4 mile. Enjoy fishing right off the docks. View manatees and dolphins that frequently swim by the dock as you watch the spectacular sunset. Enjoy tennis, pickle ball, and basketball at the front of the development. Play ping pong, foosball, and cornhole at the recently remodeled clubhouse which is just steps away from our condo. Kayaks are available at the small beach which is also just steps away. Or just relax at the newly upgraded pool, hammocks, or fire pit which are…. you guessed it, just steps away from the condo. - The unit is fully stocked with appliances and everything you will need for the perfect vacation. Please note we only start rentals on Saturdays. ***You can rent a boat slip with advance notice. The maximum boat length for a boat slip is 24 feet. The boat must have insurance. We DO NOT have storage for trailers but we can recommend a place to launch the boat and store the trailer.**** Guest access Full condo and all of the community amenities. Other things to note Rentals must start or end on a Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
