Cloud 9 Description: Cloud 9 comprises of 2 separate cabins and is pe friendly, a main cabin and a small rustic guest cabin that the children love: (both cabins included in rental). The guest cabin is great for children and or young adults or grandparents, as it gives Mom and Dad some privacy in the Main Cabin at the opposite end of the deck. There is a sunken hot tub in between the cabins that is always hot and ready. There is a Chimenea FIRE on the deck also together with a 36" Blackstone Grill by popular demand! High Speed Internet to Stream all your favorite apps (Netflix, Prime video, Hulu UTUBE etc). Cloud 9 has some of the Best Views, if not 'THE BEST VIEW' in the Blue Ridge Mountains. When the sun sets it might be time to make a cocktail and jump in the sunken hot tub with its outdoor Chimenea for a little romance, or you can come inside and play a game of pool or play a movie on the DVD player or stream a movie on Netflix or Amazon Prime or Hulu or watch a game on any one of the “Smart TVs or stream on your device via Wi-Fi using our high speed internet. There are TVs in all the rooms at Cloud 9 with complimentary UTUBE TV. Children love this little separate cabin; the adults love the privacy in the main cabin. There is also internet with WIFI in the guest cabin to stream your favorite apps on your devices. Cloud 9 sleeps a total of 8 people, 6 comfortably, 4 in the 2 bedrooms in the main cabin and 2 in the guest cabin. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main cabin living room. There is a "pack and play' available for small children. The separate little rustic guest cabin at the other end of the deck sleeps 2 in a queen bed, plus 2 roll-away beds available also. the guest cabin also has a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine etc. You get both cabins when you rent Cloud 9. The Kitchen in the main cabin is fully equipped with everything you might need with beautiful marble counter tops, with copper farmhouse sink etc. There are bathrooms with showers on both levels (all linens provided are “Spa Grade”), just bring your toothbrushes. The shower on the main level is “Walk In” with a seat, which is helpful for anyone with a handicap. NOTE: The Gas Fireplaces are available for use from September 1st to May 1st. The outdoor FIRE PIT and the chimenea on the deck by the hot tub can be used all year round, we do not provide firewood or a lighter for safety reasons, there is plenty to be found in the woods around the cabin. It is also available in most of the local stores and gas stations. Come spend some time on Cloud 9. The main cabin and the separate rustic guest cabin are included when you rent Cloud 9. Families love Cloud 9, as Children or the young adults can stay in the separate guest cabin, where the pool table is located, while the adults can have their privacy in the main cabin at the opposite end of the deck. Our Housekeeper will have everything ready for you when you arrive. You will be provided with all the check in/out information prior to arrival. This cabin is "Self-Check-In" using the electronic keypad. One of the most popular activities for adults and kids in the summer is "Tubing the Hooch". If you like to hike, some of the best hiking in the North Georgia Mountains, is on Yonah Mountain. The trail to the summit is a short hike from Cloud 9, via our private access to the trailhead). This cabin is in the "Heart" of Georgia Wine Country, with some of the best award-winning wineries, within a short drive from this cabin. You will need a car to get to this cabin. There is parking for about 4 cars at Cloud 9 This Cabin is located high up on Yonah Mountain, hence these spectacular one of a kind views, in the Historic Nachoochee Valley close to the Indian Mound at Sautee Junction, in the heart of Georgia Wine Country. There is lots to do in the area with many award-winning Wineries close by with tasting rooms, offering tours of their vineyards, many of these wineries have wedding and meeting facilities. There is a Mountain Roller Coaster in Helen, tubing the hooch is fun for all the family in summer. Please Note: Rates are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed by the host. Rates are based on 2 people, additional guests are $25.00 per person per night, to cover the additional linens, utilities, wear and tear etc. This formula makes the cabin affordable if only 2 guests wish to stay. This cabin sleeps 8 people (6 comfortably in the 3 bedrooms). Please also ask to confirm the price that you were given by the automated system, as Holiday rates apply over Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and July 4th weekends and during October Fest in Helen, for the month of October. There is a 4-night minimum stay required over Thanksgiving and Christmas, there is a 3-night minimum stay required for New Year, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends. Pet Policy: Dogs are fine, as long as their flea and tick prevention are up to date, there is a $75.00 “non-refundable” pet fee required. If you bring a dog (no cats) you will also be asked to read and agree to our pet policy (standard stuff). The decks are fenced and gated so dogs can run around outside, there is a 2-dog maximum (no cats under any circumstances). If you dog frets or gets distressed when left alone in a new home, then it must be brought with you or crated if left behind, as a distressed dog can do (and has done) a lot of damage when left alone.
