Free parking and no resort fees to pay. The space Living Area Our spacious lounge is the ideal place to just relax after a hard day at the theme parks! The comfortable lounge benefits from a 55" LCD HD Roku television with DVD/ Playstation 2 and a selection of children’s PS2 games. Kitchen Our well equipped modern dining kitchen with granite worktops has a dishwasher, wide bodied cooker, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, drip style coffee pot, Keurig coffee machine (pods not provided) , fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water point. Our utility room houses an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Dining Area There is a large open plan dining room that seats upto 8 people, this leads into the spacious lounge. 4 Bedrooms all with TV's The villa has two double (one queen bed and one with king) and two spacious twin bedrooms. The comfortable master suite is light and airy and has patio doors which open out onto the large pool decking and lanai. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, Smart T.V. with internet access. It also has a large en-suite bathroom with roman tub, over sized level access shower and double vanity unit. The second double bedroom has a queen sized bed, Roku T.V. and radio clock alarm. Both of the two twin rooms are also equipped with Roku televisions. Games Room The villa benefits from a fantastic fully carpeted games room, equipped with a well lit 7 foot pool table, foosball, Air hockey, table tennis, "roll-a-ball" and comfortable seating. Here you will also find beach chairs, sand toys and a large cooler, ideal for trips to the beach or state parks. Pool Deck Area The villa boasts a large South facing pool deck and lanai, with ceiling fan. On a safety note, the pool doors are fitted with an alarm system to stop youngsters venturing out without supervision, please do not disable this. The large 30ft by 15ft swimming pool, has optional gas heating (on request and at an additional fee) for the winter months. The separate hot tub seats 4 people and has a colour changing waterfall, heating for the hot tub is complimentary. Our pool deck and lanai are luxuriously furnished with comfortable well padded chairs, table and recliners on which to soak up the best of the Florida sunshine or watch the beautiful sunsets. A complimentary gas barbecue for those "al-fresco" meals is also provided. Kindly note- as this is a free service, guests are responsible for replacing gas bottle as needed. The villa has central air conditioning, guests can alter the temperature as needed, however please note, the lowest cooling setting is 72 degrees. If you need it cooler than this, then our home may not be a good fit for your needs. Guest access Guests have access to the full property, other than an outdoor locked storage shed and a locked owners closet.
