4 Bedroom Cottage on Manitoulin Island!

Available year round, enjoy a relaxing stay in this 4 bedroom, 2 story air conditioned cottage less than 200 feet from the largest beach on Manitoulin Island, in Providence Bay. Fully furnished - sleeps up to 8 with exclusive access of the entire cottage! We offer additional services for purchase including firewood, full linens for all beds, showering towels, bike & kayak rentals. Bedding fees are no more than $10/bed and $5/towel, but we often discount this based on the number of guests. The space IMPORTANT: Please note that all pricing is calculated and varies based on the number of guests 16 and over, all children 15 and under stay for free. When listing number of guests, please only include guests 16 or older so that you are not charged for children. IMPORTANT: After your reservation is confirmed, please email us with the total number adults and children staying at the cottage, the maximum number of total guests is 8. All beds come with top comforter & pillows only, optional bed sheets & showering towels are available for purchase. Included at no cost are all hand towels, face cloths and kitchen towels, a propane BBQ, backyard games, a large sandbox for the kids, indoor board games, a free book exchange, an air fryer, a regular coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. Optional paid services available for purchase include bed linens, showering towels, firewood for the backyard fire pit, bike rentals, and kayak rentals. Why do we charge for linens and towels? Over the years of renting our cottage, we have found that many guests prefer to bring their own bed linens and/or favorite towel for showering so in the efforts of keeping our nightly rates as low as possible, we exclude the costs associated with laundering and replacing towels and linens in our base nightly rate. Fees are no more than $10/bed and $5/towel, but we often discount this based on the number of guests. Guest access If you rent our cottage you get the entire cottage and do not share with any other guests or the owners. It's like having your own home away from home! :) All beds come standard with top duvet/comforter, pillow with zippered pillow protector and mattress covers only. Guests provide their own bed linens (top sheet, fitted sheet and pillow cases) and bathing/beach towels. Don't have your own bed linens or showering towels?
