This retreat of a room is made complete with a fireplace and brand new large bathroom. The second bedroom is peaceful with exposed beam ceilings and a comfortable queen-sized bed. The third bedroom is ideal for guests or children. The open floor plan allows for maximum enjoyment of the home. The large kitchen is equipped with everything the family chef needs to whip up delicious meals, which can be eaten at either the bar seating or the dining room table. The cooking and dining areas open up to the comfortable living room, complete with a fireplace and large TV. Swing open the dining room doors to invite the outside in and bask in the mountain views. Swim laps in the outdoor pool or enjoy a soak in the spa. On chilly nights, you can sit outside by the outdoor fireplace and toast marshmallows! Pet approval by owner only.
