Coffee pot, keurig, microwave, toaster oven and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms upgraded with marble counters, master has jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Master bed features Queen Tempur-pedic with firmness settings. TV room has Queen size cabinet bed, see pictures! Bunk room has 4 twin beds. 3rd bedroom has Queen bed. Boat dock has room to fish, lots of luck getting catfish and some bass! Party deck above with table and chairs! BBQ grill, requires propane. We have propane tanks for you to fill. Large Fire pit on lawn is wood burning, please bring wood and lighter if you’d like to use it. Full size front loader washer and dryer in laundry area. Lots of toys for the kids, train set, block set, tent, cards, coloring and more!! Nintendo system and Arcade game too! Lake views from multiple rooms. Pictures don't do justice!
