Welcome to our historic, downtown home built in 1940! We hope you enjoy your time here and consider this your home away from home. Whether you are visiting family or in town for a conference, we are here to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. The space A touch of historical character with modern kitchen and bathroom upgrades! Come to Murfreesboro and have a space that truly feels like home. All bedrooms and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. This is an old home. Please be sure to make note of these items when booking if you have anything that could prevent you from walking hardwood stairs easily. Guest access This home is part of a condo/duplex with a shared yard/garden and 3rd floor laundry area. The screened in porch is private and not shared with the other side. You have 2 parking spots in the driveway designated for your group. Other things to note This is one 1/2 of a duplex and, although unlikely, there is potential for noise from our other guests in the next door duplex. We have an owners closet in the den locked and unavailable for guest use. Please note that decor items can change as needed.
