LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Short Walk To Village/Gondola JACUZZI/SAUNA/PING PONG 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Sleeps 8. Family Friendly. Modern Furniture/AppleTV/a brand new washer and dryer (2024) inside our condo! The complex has a brand new jacuzzi (2024), sauna, ping pong table (we have paddles and ping pong balls for you to borrow in the mud room/behind the front door) and a recreation room/lounge. Please enjoy it as it's right next door to our place (25 feet away)!! The space Tri-level condo in the desirable Mammoth View Villas. The entry level(middle floor) has a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, silverware, plateware, pots and pans, coffee maker, and anything else you could possibly need in a kitchen. The dining room consists of a rectangular, dining room table with 2 long benches along with 2 comfy chairs.There are also 3 stools in the dining room. The living room has a super comfy faux-leather couch and there are also two matching lazy boy recliner chairs, modern ceiling lights, an awesome stone tile fireplace (with plenty of wood for you to enjoy your romantic evenings by the fire). There is also a snow closet for all your snow jackets, snowboards, skis, boots, etc. As you make your way to the downstairs, there are two decent sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a California king size bed with comfortable bedding, pillows, and comforters. There is also a soft leather chair with an ottoman. The other bedroom has a California king size bed and this room has a stackable washer/dryer in the closet. No need to have wet or dirty clothes while you are on vacation. The downstairs bedrooms share a mutual bathroom that has a shower/tub. The upstairs (3rd level) was previously a loft but it has been expanded in to an enclosed 3rd bedroom with it's own bathroom(shower/no tub). It has a proper door and this is where the kids can sleep. We have a wooden twin bunk bed (with rails), along with two more twin beds. You can sleep adults in these twin beds as well so you can sleep 4 in the upstairs bedroom. We also have a washer/dryer in the downstairs bedroom that you may use. Parking passes will be issued by the on-site property manager and we have two designated spots for you directly in front of the condo. Other things to note Directions: From US 395 (North or South), • Exit on CA-203 W / Mammoth Lakes Exit (left turn if you are going North on 395, right turn if you are going South, so you head West) • This is Main St, and becomes Lake Mary Road • Turn Right on Canyon Blvd (just past the Mammoth Village) • Turn Left onto Lakeview Blvd • Turn Left into the driveway for Mammoth View Villas at 141 Lakeview, just after the Canyon Ski & Racquet Condo Complex Sign (same driveway for both) • Make the second right turn (first right turn is for the Canyon Ski & Racquet complex) • Unit #41 is the last unit on the left hand side, before the turn • The clubhouse is just across from unit #41 Key: We use a key code entry system on the front door. Your code and door lock instructions will be provided to you before your check in date. Parking Passes: Your parking passes should be hanging in the clubhouse. The manager puts them on a corkboard in the hall when you first walk in. No need to ring the manager, unless you don’t see your parking passes. 2 parking passes are provided.
