Guest access This a 3rd floor unit you have private access to. The shared back yard is equipped with a gas grill, and feel free to enjoy the front & back garden with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. There is also a shared laundry area in the basement with 2 sets of HE washers & dryers. Other things to note We require a lease agreement to be signed prior to your reservation to be complete, so we will need your email information to send it to you.
