We will welcome you with a bottle of wine, chocolate, and everything you need to get started. There are 6 BR W 2 King and 2 Queen beds, 3.5 BTH, and bunk bed sleeping arrangements. You and your group to sleep comfortably. We have two king beds, one queen bed, and two bunk beds (twin over full) as well as three futons and six fully reclining chairs! The beds and futons sleep up to 14 people comfortably. The house has two floors, with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore Florida. We provide everything you could possibly need, and we are conveniently located near Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Busch Family Amusement Park! The kitchen is full of every appliance you may need for cooking, eating, etc. Keurig coffee maker included. Play the piano we keep in the front hallway! My interaction with the guests is minimal, but I'm always available via Airbnb chat, phone, or text for any questions or issues. Your neighbors are friendly, and shopping is all within short driving distance. The street is very quiet and beautiful, with original houses and beautiful architecture. Apollo Beach is also home to a recreation center open to the public, with parks, a golf course, and more. The nearest beach, the Apollo Beach Preserve, is 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood is perfect for long walks with sunset views on the water. You will need to drive to most shopping locations (5-10 min) and attractions. As per Hillsborough county ordinance, there is a minimum of seven days that must be booked per stay. You are free to park in the driveway, which can accommodate 6 cars, 8-9 if you get creative! There is no street parking. Laundry/Dryer are in the house and coin-operated - please bring quarters. We ask our guests to place all of their garbage in the garbage/recycling bins and place the bins out on the curb on Tuesday and Friday nights as garbage pick up is on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
