The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas, with high ceilings and large windows creating a bright, airy feel. Polished cement floors embedded with crystal glass add a unique touch of sparkle. The minimalist design features warm lighting, a smart TV, a fireplace, and seating for 12. The kitchen includes Bosch appliances, granite countertops, and an 8-seat dining area. The ground floor offers a queen bedroom with en-suite bath and a bunk room with a half bath. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to two king suites with private baths and a large deck with Camelback Mountain views. Two daybeds in the living room bring total capacity to 12 guests over 3,125 square feet. The home includes four bedrooms and sleeps a total of 12 people including daybeds: - Master Bedroom: One king bed; en-suite bathroom - Junior Master Bedroom: One queen bed; en-suite bathroom - Bedroom 3: One queen bed; en–suite bathroom - Bedroom 4: Two double beds in a bunk bed; en-suite half bathroom - Living room: Two daybeds The open-plan living area provides side access to the pool, ideal for entertaining with easy kitchen access. The stove even comes with a smart screen built into the hob that will help you find a recipe and even show you how to cook it! The outdoor space is perfect for year-round relaxation and fun, and is the ideal setting for dining and celebration. There are plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and cozy chairs around the firepit, plus a six-seat outdoor dining area. A fence surrounds the back yard providing security and privacy. RENTAL LICENSE NUMBER : STR-2024-000089 PLEASE NOTE - The Master bedroom is on the upper level and the only access is up the spiral stairwell. - To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating. - A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat. - If the property has a pool fence, it must remain in place for safety and to comply with state regulations. - For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning will be charged to the guest. We are child friendly! There are safety fences around the pool and the spiral stairwell. We have a highchair, travel pack and play, and safety rubber edges around glass tables. We are dog friendly too! While we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there! SAFETY & SECURITY For your safety and peace of mind, our homes have security cameras at the front door and along the side perimeter of the property.
