Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages 81 privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. The space This studio condo offers a convenient location right on the ground floor of the main lodge building. Enjoy easy access to the ski slopes, hiking trails, and biking routes from these efficient accommodations. This conveniently located studio is great for couples who want to be right amidst the action! Step inside your cozy studio condo, which features wooden beamed ceilings to create the feel of a mountain cabin. The accommodations are arranged efficiently, maximizing the usable space. A queen platform bed awaits for a good night’s sleep, so that you can wake refreshed and ready to enjoy a day on the slopes or trails. An in-unit efficiency kitchen in this condo makes it easy to enjoy breakfast from the comfort of your vacation rental before heading out for the day. The two-burner stove and microwave oven also make it convenient for basic meals to be made, especially for those who are looking to save on the budget. Sit down for your meal at the table and chairs before heading out to explore the area. Relax in the evenings on the comfortable sofa, which folds out into a full bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The patio offers an additional living space with views to the east, bringing in morning sunshine and views across Fanny Hill to aspen forests. Choose to prepare meals in the efficient kitchen with a two-burner stove, mini-refrigerator, and microwave oven -- or walk upstairs to the on-site restaurant, The Edge, for a special night out. Slip out the slider door to head to the property’s heated swimming pool and hot tubs for a relaxing afternoon or a long soak after a day on the slopes. And of course, all the skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and biking options that Snowmass is so well known for are all easily accessible from this well-positioned condo! Enjoy all that Snowmass has to offer both onsite and further afield from your comfortable stay in Timberline Condominiums 115. Timberline has no Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during the winter ski season. (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer.
