With interior touches that make it feel like a mountain chalet and a location that puts you within steps of the heated swimming pool and ski slopes, Condo 217 is an ideal choice for those who prioritize location. Natural light streams through the windows of this studio condo, bringing the beauty of the Colorado outdoors inside. During summer months, the green hillside beckons for a hiking or biking adventure, while during winter the powder-covered slopes offer a skier and snowboarder’s playground. No matter the season, these accommodations will situate you right in the midst of the action! Make yourself at home in this cozy space, where everything needed for daily living is right on hand. From the kitchen, whip up breakfast in the privacy of your vacation rental, fueling up before hitting the slopes. This efficiency kitchen offers a compact refrigerator, two-burner stove, and microwave oven, providing all the basic essentials for meal preparation. Enjoy your meal at the adjacent dining table, with seating for two. Get a good night’s sleep in the queen bed, waking up in the mornings rested and ready to enjoy the great outdoors. For travelers in need of additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a foldout couch. The comfortable couch and easy chair offer a welcoming living area for hanging out between activities. The living area looks out through oversized glass doors to Fanny Hill. For an unobstructed view, step out onto the private balcony to enjoy your cup of morning coffee or relax on a warm-weather day. There’s much to be enjoyed just steps from your condo at Timberline. The grounds boast a freeform heated swimming pool, Jacuzzis, and easy access to skiing, biking, and hiking. You'll also find perks such as an onsite restaurant perfect for dining out in the evenings. Timberline Condo Unit 217 is a great option for a couple or family looking to enjoy the beauty of Snowmass! Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges.
