Our style is a CLEAN, CRISP and COZY. We are locals. We will be onsite to balance the hot tub and remove snow as needed. Please include the accurate number of total guests (12 ppl maximum) for your stay including children, infants, or friends that may stay overnight or part of your stay. Our team needs to know what to expect in advance to staff properly and estimate cleaning time properly. Please note that we do charge an extra per person fee for groups larger than 8ppl. The space Our cabin is a gem! Look no further! Alex and Emily are hands on owners with an attention to detail like no other! They manage the cabin personally and are able to do repairs and maintenance constantly to keep the cabin in prime shape for guests! They take great pride in providing the perfect getaway for guests. The cabin easily accommodates large groups and multiple families due to the 3 levels, and 2 full kitchens. Guest access You have access to the entire cabin. It is 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 decks (front and rear). Back deck has private hot tub for 8 people. With booking, guests also have access to the backyard with plenty of room for kids to run around in the forest and enjoy to nature! Parking is limited to 2 spots unless prearranged with owners. Other things to note 12 guest maximum at any time. No exceptions! If you have more than 12 guests or are not accurate about the total number of guests in your party, you will be required to check-out early and forfeit any remaining days of your stay with no refund. Parking spots provided for 2 cars. If additional parking is needed, please contact owners to arrange. Our cabin is located between 2 world-class ski resorts! Walk to Brighton Ski Resort! Take the free shuttle or drive 0.5 mile drive to Solitude Resort! In Summer months, you can walk over to the Silver Lake Nature preserve to walk the boardwalk, fish, or just enjoy the scenery! Watch for Moose! They are commonly seen at Silver Lake, eating the grasses in the wetland! IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: Absolutely NO DOGS ALLOWED. Not only is it illegal to have dogs in Big Cottonwood Canyon due to watershed and forest service regulations but the owners of this property have a serious pet allergy that prohibits animals of any kind. If staff or neighbors report the presence of dogs, the guests will have to be ask to vacate and pay for additional sanitizing. We apologize for such strict precautions. Events, weddings, large gatherings, or accommodating more than the designated number of people a booked property is advertised to sleep is not permissible at any time during your stay. Due to restrictive ordinances and the desires of owners to preserve the peace and tranquility of neighbors and our community, these "events" are not permitted, ever, as they can be disruptive and are additional wear and tear on the property and grounds. We apologize for the limitations this may put on your plans to stay with us, but please understand that we must (and will) make every effort to monitor, enforce and protect the interest of our owners and our community. In the event you are found to have violated this rule you may face potential legal or financial penalties. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am. Please keep this in mind when using outside decks and hot tub. Noise ordinances are strictly enforce by owner and local police. If you are coming to party hard please choose another area as this in not allowed in Big Cottonwood Canyon. .
