Gaze at sunsets over the lake while rocking in a hammock. The space Our goal is for you to walk in the front door and feel as though this is YOUR vacation home! We pride ourselves on keeping the home stocked with all the basic necessities and then some. Start up supplies of coffee, tea, sugar/sweetener, kitchen soaps, paper towels, trash bags, zip lock bags, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and laundry soap. Reusable grocery bags, umbrellas, ice scraper, portable cooler, and day trip supplies like folding chairs, sunglasses, sunscreen and a back pack are provided. Holiday meals: Hand mixer, Ninja Blender, electric carving knife, serving platters, gravy boat, large serving bowls, salad bowls and Tupperware storage containers, service for 16+. Past guests have enjoyed hosting holiday meals here because everyone pitches in. This isn’t your kitchen, it’s everyone’s kitchen during your stay. So all family and friends can assist with meal prep and cleanup! ✹ 8 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY ✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced. ✹Security Deposit of $500 is required before check in. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out if no loss, damage or excessive cleaning is required. ✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed. Guest access Guests have private access to the home and waterfront area. This property has a self check in process using a numeric keypad. Other things to note Please Note: This property uses security cameras to monitor the exterior of the property. These cameras are used for security of the property during times of vacancy. The lawn service is scheduled for Wednesday mornings. This schedule is subject to change without notice. Please return the yard to the way you found it after each night. All water equipment and yard furniture should be put away if used, each evening.
