Directly in the village 7-8 bedrooms, Formerly the Otter Ski Club, restored to a wonderful home with hot tub,cozy beds/linens/furniture, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, game room, 5 baths, outdoor fenced yard, grill, firepit, & bar. WALK to award winning restaurants, coffee, ice cream, local shops, the village green, scenic train station, town rec center, golf, the Saco, hiking Whitaker Woods, Ski Museum, Cranmore. Close attractions, kyak, adventure/water park, 5 ski resorts, story land, rivers, etc The space NO ADDITIONAL GUEST, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, without prior written approval. MUST HAVE A GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY AND FOLLOW POSTED RULES for hot tub, fire pit and CHECK OUT. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. Great for up to 4-5 families!! 4,000+ sq feet, like 4 apartments in one house, 4 heat zones, 4 hot water heaters. Included are all your linens, towels , WIFI, 2 laundry, 3 HD tv's, xbox, superchex bubble hockey, a smart tv., loft/kid hang out area. Sprinkled private yard. If you need additional space, ask about our other home next door and the other house around the corner. Since we are in a highly season destination, have many different groups and sizes, and use pricing software to help price our stays, we may need to adjust our rates and require minimum stays prior to booking as we do prefer 3 nights stays for peak periods and booking in advance. please check with us prior to booking to confirm rates and availability. We do prefer weekly stays in the summer, so please message us to see if your dates are available. Parking is limited to y vehicles. Guest access Entire house, fenced yard, hot tub, outdoor living space, Fire pit, grill, Other things to note Must follow check out procedures, which include stripping the beds, starting the laundry, cleaning dishes, and taking trash to the dumpster on property. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. There are sevrlerak charging stations nearby in town as well. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $200, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night. SUMMER CHECK OUT is 10am (Memorial Day to Labor Day) Rates and min nights may need adjusting for seasonality. We may require a community deposit for your stay to make sure the community regulations are followed.
