The space The Payson House is spacious with magnificent, unobstructed views of trees and mountain surroundings from inside and out. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Relax on the porch swing and watch birds and hummingbirds fly by. The living room has comfy leather furniture with large windows to enjoy the view. The house features four bedrooms, two baths and sleeps 14 comfortably. (The The Payson House is in a great location...... in Payson! Just a mile or so off of the Beeline Hwy (87), so you'll be close to all your shopping needs, from grocery stores, movie theater, restaurants, parks and Mazatzal casino. If you just want to kick back and relax or take on the great outdoors, the Payson House offers both. Incredible hiking area just 2 minutes away with easy to intermediate hiking, with trails that lead to the top of the mountain range that you can see from our viewing deck....beautiful! (Bring your binoculars!) Superb Mountain Biking and off road dune buggying just minutes away as well! Lounge in the "Little Forest Area" down below the main house where you will find a fire pit and benches for casual conversation or for a larger groups. Finish the day around the fire pit while eating a delicious smore. There's a Corn Hole game as well! We also have a ping pong and pool table in the game Room! If you like to fish, many lakes are to be found on the Mogollon Rim. You are only 40 minutes from Roosevelt Lake which is known for fantastic bass fishing. The East Verde River is only 20 minutes away and is stocked on a weekly basis during fishing season. The owner usually catches his limit. Just 40 minutes away is Kohls Ranch, which offers horseback riding and fishing on Tonto Creek. Tonto Fish Hatchery is a must... free! The Natural Bridge is worth checking out as well...just 15 minutes away. The Zane Grey museum which is located in Payson is a popular destination. WE ARE PET FRIENDLY! Outside our backdoor is a great area to walk your pets. If your dog likes to swim, then Greenlake Park is a must! Payson has a wonderful dog park as well. Note: If there are more than 10 guests there is a $20 per person, per day fee. There is a Pet fee of $25 per pet per stay. Guest access The Payson House is 2400 sq ft which includes 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Viewing Deck with a swing and sitting area. the house faces the Granite Dell Mountain Range. Also, a Game room with Ping Pong and Pool table. Also, a Fire Pit area with Bench seating. Corn Hole available! Picnic Table. Fully stocked with all the essentials. 2 Large Screen TV's, with DVD and VHS players. Cable, High speed Internet and Wi-Fi. Fireplace. Other things to note Short Term Rental Agreement 900 1) Guest(s) must check in and checkout at the agreed to times. Check-in is after 5:00pm and check-out is 10:00am unless other arrangements have been made. 2) People other than those in the guest party set forth (in the Airbnb agreement) may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in/on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3) The Payson House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Guests should not create excessive noise levels that disturbs neighbors; code enforced neighborhood quite hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am. 4) Smoking is allowed outside only. 5) There are 3 parking spots available on the property on the north side of the house and 1 or 2 spots on the street just east of the driveway under the shade tree. There’s extra parking on the south side of the house that is accessible from an alley way just west on Frontier Street 90 ft or so from the house. The other access road is south on Pinecone St, turn right(west) on to a gravel road. Follow road north until you see the concrete driveway. 6) Guests shall allow homeowner or designated person(s) to access the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 7) Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise. 7) Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 8) Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9) If you’re bringing your pet(s) let the owner know how many and be sure to take care of the pet fee when booking. 10) If there are any damages that require extra maintenance or replacement it will be taken out of the damage deposit.
