Just 4 miles to all the action Downtown on Broadway. The house is new and has all new appliances. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. About 50 yards there is a Vinyl Tap for records & brews , and Cafe Roze. About 1/2 mile away are several diners. Check the internet for Two Ten Jack, Rosepepper, Samurai Restaurant Sushi & Korean BBQ, Five Daughters Bakery, Vegan Restaurant Graze, and a lot more. Visit Paula Deen's Restaurant & Cheese Cake Factory at Opry Mills. The space Rental Agreement: NOTICE: If you are local (at least 50 miles away) to the Nashville area we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund. We live nearby and if the neighbors complain about noise or if police show up you must leave immediately with no refund. You will be charged for any damage or extra cleaning. No Parties allowed. 25 or older can stay at my house unless accompanied by a parent. We do have dishes and cooking utensils if you choose to cook. A new Publix, a Kroger grocery & Aldi, is nearby. We also have a Mr. Coffee Maker and microwave. The downstairs bath has a walk-in shower built for two and both upstairs baths have tubs with showers. The living room downstairs has a flat-screen TV and upstairs there is a second living room with flat-screen TV located between the two bedrooms. We have high-speed AT&T Fiber. Several local channels can be watched. If you have a Netflix, or Hulu account, you should be able to watch it. There are lots of places to visit: The Opry Mills Shopping Outlet, the Grand Ole Opry, the Parthenon, Ryman Auditorium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash/Patsy Cline Museums, and the brand new Tennessee State Museum which is FREE. Also, visit Five Points (5 Points). It's about 1.5 miles and has about 25 restaurants and Bars and some have Live Music year-round. Be sure to try some Nashville Hot Chicken during your visit. Trust me Medium is HOT. Broadway and Downtown is about 4 miles or less. Visit Blake Shelton's Ole Red and get Redneck Nachos.
