Precious Fripp Island Cottage

Precious Island Cottage is located mid island on a cul de sac in the Blue Heron Lake. The house includes: linens, kitchen is well equipped. This home is clean, and comfortable. Extra Golf carts may be rented without an amenity card. Our golf cart fee is $25 a day. Club amenity cards are $39/ up to 4 nights or $59 5-7 nights and are required for those over age 12 to use pools, restaurants, gym, rent bikes, tennis & pickle ball courts. Beach chairs in garage & charcoal grill on the back deck. The space You may bring your own boat and bikes etc. We have a garage and a large driveway. A launch fee at the marina is very reasonable. The fishing and crabbing is good too! Wonderful family vacation spot...oh, and the deer are everywhere on the island, very tame and some even friendly. Guest access The whole house is available to you. A guest agreement is required. Please send me your email address to get it. Other things to note Amenity cards may be picked up at the Guest Services located in the building to your right as you pass through the entrance gate. The real estate office and convenience store are in the same area.
