Upstairs are 3 master suites (all king beds, 2 bedrooms with balconies) with private bathrooms. One bedroom also has a sitting area with 2 balconies. The space The open floor plan includes a large living area with 3 sets of French doors overlooking the pool and deck as well as the dining area. The kitchen includes a large eat-in bar with 6 barstools. There is a powder room and laundry at the rear of the living area. Other things to note Rentals during June through August are Saturday to Saturday only with 7 day minimum. Minimum age requirement for all rentals is 25 years of age. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $495 - $695 depending on the season.
