Description
This home is a true gem for those who want to experience the desert but have the city nearby. With South Mountain park in the backyard, you will have excellent access to hiking and mountain biking, with unparalleled views of the city. Pets and children should be closely watched because those decks are very high! Because it is a mountain retreat, the internet is satellite, and although we have recently upgraded to the highest speeds available, it is not suited for someone working from home. The space We do accept some pets upon approval. Because we are in the desert, there are coyotes and golden eagles in the area so small animal owners should use caution. The water travels a long way from the main road so is consistently warm from the tap in the summer. As the property is out of the city traffic, the roads are rough and gravel. Guest access This is a stand alone home. You will not be sharing space with the owner. Other things to note For those who are returning, we have upgraded the Internet but it still is not suitable for working frim home. During the summer months (June July and August) the water is always warm due to the distance the pipes run across the desert. It takes quite a while for the hot water to leave the pipes. Also, the roads are gravel and rough, however it does not require a utility vehicle for access.
