This beachy cottage is just a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a quiet residential street. Feel the Gulf breeze while sitting on the large front porch. Enjoy the swing or one of many rockers. Located right between downtown Gulfport and downtown Long Beach, only 5 minutes from Island View Casino, restaurants, nightlife, Memorial Hospital, and the NCBC SeaBee Base. Sleeps up to 8 people (6 adults comfortably in beds and 2 on the sofa sleeper) .The master bedroom has a king bed and TV, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, the 3rd bedroom has a full double bed, and a pull-out couch in the living room. There are laundry facilities on-site and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would find at home to cook and enjoy family meals in the open kitchen/dining area. The large backyard is privacy fenced and perfect for your human and four-legged kiddos. The back porch has an area to BBQ and enjoys meals outside if you wish. While you can walk to the beach, vehicles are required to get to shopping centers and other local attractions. There is parking in the driveway as well as on street. I like to give my guests space and privacy but live close enough to be there within a few minutes if guests need assistance with anything. This beach cottage is located on a residential street made up of old and new construction. This is a friendly neighborhood where people wave when they pass while walking their dogs. My favorite part of the house is sitting on the front porch swing looking out at the Gulf on a breezy day. Best transportation for this area is cars. You can walk to the beach from the house, but to go out to local attractions and restaurants you will need a personal vehicle I provide a few items for convenience during your stay (hotel soap, hand soap, a few laundry pods, trash bags, etc) If you have a longer stay or a lot of people you may need to buy more.
