The space Originally ‘The Priest House’, parts of the home date back close to 100 years. Guests feel the pulse of a New England community while maintaining a feeling of coziness and privacy. This is an authentic home with furnishings that have family history that goes back to the 1960s. There are two bedrooms and a loft which can be used as a bedroom to accommodate up to 5 guests. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning but we have a large window air conditioner in the kitchen that cools the lower floor. The upstairs master bedroom has a window air conditioner during the summer season. There are two large ceiling fans in the loft area and in the living room area as well. Please note that due to severe allergies, our listing is an animal-free zone and we are unable to safely host guests who travel with their service animals. Guest access Parking is next to the beige garage on Morrill Street. The entranceway is the door under the porch. We use an August Smart Lock system which insures secure access for rentals one-at-a-time. After check-out, previous guests are deleted from the system. Airbnb will send the invitation automatically when a reservation is confirmed. Some Android phones are not compatible. We can provide a physical door key as an alternative to the smart lock. Other things to note RENTAL AGREEMENT: On receiving a booking we provide a common sense rental agreement which we ask guests to sign electronically or at check-in. If any terms are not agreeable, guests have the right to cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. CLEANING FEE. Because this is a full house, it takes us between 3 and 4 hours to fully clean our Airbnb. In order to keep our cleaning fee low ($35) for singles and couples, we charge $5 per night extra fee for each additional guest over two guests including children. Infants that sleep with couples are not included as extra guests. INSPECTIONS & SECURITY. We reserve the right to inspect inside our Airbnb for all guests for any length of stay. A minimal inspection length is 15 minutes and must be allowed if given a minimum of 12 hours notice. Failure to allow a walk through inspection is grounds for cancellation. If any guest attempts to cover our doorbell camera for any reason, the booking will be terminated. ANIMAL-FREE. Due to severe allergies, our listing is an animal-free zone. We are unable to safely host guests who travel with their service animals as well as others who travel with pets.
