Panama City is 45 min away. This log cabin is located on the Chipola River near the Dead Lakes.The cabin offers visitors a direct view of the Chipola River with steps leading down to a dock over the river. Kayaking and great fishing are here. The space Panama City, Florida vicinity. The secluded cabin is spacious with a wrap around porch and large open kitchen, dining, and den area. A second floor has two queen beds and a spacious sitting area. There is also a covered outdoor cooking/eating area with a large table and benches .Within 30 feet of the cabin, steps lead down to the Chipola River and a large boat dock. Guest access Upon arrival I will greet you with the key to the log cabin. We'll walk around the house and property. In addition to the log cabin is a spacious covered outdoor eating area and carport. There is also a large boat dock situated directly in front of the cabin. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Upon Check-in all guests will be require to sign a Liability Waiver. By booking this location you understand that the house where you’ll be staying and the activities in which you will be participating in, and the travel to and from the locations at which said activities are conducted, present risk of personal injury and/or other loss. You recognize and assume this risk, and hereby waive every right of action for damages, by yourself or by any person on your behalf, arising from any personal injury and/or other loss incurred by you as a result of your participating in said activities, your staying at the premises and/or being transported to or from the location at which said activities are conducted – in addition, you hereby release the owners and/or the agents for from any and all responsibility for any such injury or loss either to yourself or your pets or guests you have invited while staying at the location. Above stated activities include but are not limited to weddings, receptions, all gatherings, fishing from the dock, boating, canoeing, kayaking, leaving boats or personal watercraft tied to the dock for any period of time, cooking/grilling on premises, and all other activities taking place inside the house, on porches, docks, decks, or any other areas included in the property description. Additionally, you understand that you are responsible for any and all property damages that are caused by yourself or invited guests or pets regardless of misuse, negligence, mistake, or willful intent. Other things to note Please be aware.....this is a cabin in the woods, as a result there will be outdoor wildlife and creatures! The cabin has Dish satellite TV and internet with wireless router.
