The "Purple Pool House" got its name because it was painted purple by the previous owner. It now has a contemporary style, decorated in shades of gray w/ faux wood flooring and pops of color in the artwork, pillows, & draperies. The home has it's own private deck, pool, fenced yard, hot tub & sits on 1.39 acres shared w/ 2 other rental homes. There's a fire pit, plenty of land to entertain kids/pets, walking distance to Rec center, parks & 10 mins to Indian Rocks Beach & Sand Key. The space Guests get the house, circular driveway, and fenced yard around the pool all to themselves. What’s unique is the home sits on a surrounding acre of land they share with other Airbnbs as well as being able to walk to a Rec Center w an aquatic fun zone for the kids. Our beautiful beaches such as Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key, Clearwater Beach, and Treasure Island are only a short drive away!
