I’d love for you to enjoy a stay in this cozy place that’s so special to me. Its nestled away in a serene, peaceful setting. Screened in porch with 2 rocking chairs and a porch swing. Great for enjoying quiet times reminiscing great memories or creating new ones.small dogs only. 20lb limit!! The space You will feel like you’re at home here, because this was my home for over 20 years. It is very private, quiet, and cozy. The front yard is fenced in for the fur babies, and is small dog proofed. The front porch is screened in and has 2 nice wooden rocking chairs and a sturdy porch swing and is an amazing place to have coffee, hot cocoa, or your favorite beverage of choice. If you can’t fully disconnect, I’ve provided a spacious office setup with printer and Wi-Fi. There is Roku, Netflix on all the TVs. Other things to note The house is located so conveniently between the action and activity of the Pigeon Forge Parkway and the famous Cades Cove… which is an 11 mile loop where you'll find wildlife, beautiful scenery, and hiking trails of multiple different difficulty levels, as well as many historic homestead sites and farm land… Many people say some of the most fun and relaxing things to do at my house are to sit on the front porch and drink coffee and rock in the rocking chairs…Sit and reminisce over old memories... or if youre ready to make lots of new ones we are close to it all... we are a half a mile from the famous goats on the roof and alpine coasters. All the activities and restaurants of Pigeon Forge are close by. Gatlinburg is a short 20ish minute drive as the next town over… This home is very pet friendly, fenced front yard safe for your babies… there is only a $100 pet fee per pet to bring smaller dogs!! (lowest in town) NOTE: You MUST inform me of what type of dog/weight you’re bringing PRIOR to your visit...
