Located in Livermore California, Warm and cozy decor with a bit of a rustic feel, situated on beautiful rolling hills with spectacular views. BBQ on a large private deck and enjoy the sunset. Perfect for a sunrise yoga session or a peaceful surrounding in a country setting with cattle roaming and chickens nearby. Minutes away to many popular wineries and the San Francisco premium outlets in Livermore. Has 2 lofts/1 bath. The space Queen bed located in main loft with staircase. Must be able to climb and crawl to access sleeping areas. Second loft has a full size futon accessible via wall pipe ladder. The house is located three miles from The Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, where you can hike and mountain bike. The los vaqueros reservoir is located directly behind our property, you can see part of it when you hike to the top of hill. Also you can see the peaks of the surrounding hills, the wind turbines, Lawrence National Livermore Lab and Sandia National Lab. 50+ wineries are located well within 15 miles of property. Wine tasting is always an enjoyable outing in Livermore. Wente's golf course, 5-star restaurant and concert venue. 15 min drive to Lawrence Livermore and Sandia Labs, 15 minutes drive to San Francisco Outlets and BART. Hiking trails surrounding the property such as Mount Diablo and Los Vaqueros Reservoir. You may explore the property as well at your own risk as there may be unpaved paths, gofer holes, and grazing cattle. Our home has been beautifully renovated and we are currently working on upkeep projects. We do our best to schedule around our guest stay. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Our space is great for a staycation. The main house is about 500 feet away from the tiny house. -Some evenings may get windy and there may be some slight shaking of the tiny house as would any large vehicle or RV. -Insect repellent suggested if spending time outdoors or hiking the area. We live in an open area where many wild animals live: deer, rabbits, ground squirrels, turkeys wild and many others. Expect bugs and other insects outdoors. -Wifi reception may weaken in windy weather as we use satellite internet. Internet speed may vary greatly at times due to our rural location and the limited providers available to service our area. -Cell reception may or may not work depending on your carrier. Please use wifi calling on your cell for best results. -If using grill, please clean and replace cover after cool down of use. We have a smart tv that is connected to antenna for local channels. You might be able to stream channels if internet speed can handle it. We have a DVD player and DVD’s to watch. Like we said it’s a tiny house in a rural area, so don’t expect luxury amenities.
