Updated and super comfortable house with open floor plan; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on main floor w/separate bedding downstairs (pull-out couch), overlooking gardens and the Adirondack mountains and beyond. Very functional kitchen with honed granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a tv--excellent fiber optics wifi. A comfortable dining area with seating for up to 8 people. The downstairs offers a comfortable TV viewing area w/surround sound, treadmill & elliptical. I keep some small weights along with a yoga mat, stretch bands etc also with mountain views. Tucked away in a large closet is Bosch washer and dryer. Around the corner from TV viewing area is a den/office area w/gas stove--another quiet place to work, stretch or read etc. In colder months, dine while enjoying a crackling fire and in the warmer seasons, while listening to songbirds just outside the dining area. The views and ambient light are constantly changing. Facing west, makes for its own entertainment as you watch the weather driving in from over the mountains. The living room, dining and kitchen is open with a separate office/den towards front of the house--all areas with a mountain views. The 2 bedrooms are off of a long hallway w/linen closet. Both bedrooms have large closets and bureaus--great lighting. Master bedroom has luxurious king bed where you can view the mountains and starry nights from bed, There is also a private bathroom with large Kohler "tea for two" tub and a separate large walk-in shower. Very robust wifi and Sonos system throughout entire house. I care about tending to all details in supporting a fabulous stay! Other things to note Heat pump available for use for warmer days/nights. There are fans above each bed as well. Security cameras are installed in the garage/parking/driveway area and in furnace room. Pets negotiable— must discuss prior to booking confirmation.
