The space This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. Beautifully remodeled and decorated with a colorful designer look, this well-appointed two-bedroom condo features modern ceramic tile floors throughout the living common areas and recent updates to include tile in the bedrooms as well. The kitchen has all new cabinets and countertops and oversized sink! In addition, both bathrooms have been updated with cabinets, shower heads and larger toilets. All bedrooms have access to the balcony for an open-air beach feel throughout. Latest technologies include two flat screen TVs, as well as complimentary in-room high-speed Internet service. Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the heart of the Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness room and business center.
