There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. You may park in extra ‘guest spaces’ of Tahoe Woods. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
