Max 8 guests (contact us for exceptions). No parties. The space This is a two story Guesthouse on the back of a quiet property with a private entrance. The owners are available to help address any issues you may have. Includes a kitchenette (there is no oven) and washer/dryer for your use in the attached garage. There is a master bedroom and a loft area (as second bedroom) please REVIEW all pictures. This is a fun and cozy home with private access to a pool (not heated) , jacuzzi (can be heated) and griddle right outside your door. If your group is larger than 6 people you have access to a inflatable mattress that sleeps 2 more guests. Please note that depending on the season the pool may have leaves in it. We have a dedicated pool person that comes on Tuesdays, but winds do kick up and blow leaves into the pool from time to time. We do our best to keep it clean, weather permitting. Guest access You get full use of the guesthouse and can enter and exit the property through a private entrance on the side of the house. The walk way has light at night for safety. We do have cameras monitoring the gate and outside areas for safety purposes. You get a dedicated parking spot in the driveway next to the white fence and there is room to park in front of the house as well. Other things to note PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING. You have a private area in front of the guesthouse where you can relax, drink your coffee or just get some sun. Reminder that the pool (not heated) and jacuzzi (can be heated) are for your exclusive use while you are with us. Enjoy.
