This 2,100 sq ft space has 3 full bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms with deep tubs and showers. Very comfortable quality beds! This space sleeps 7 in beds and an extra 2 on the sofa sleeper. 9-foot ceilings. Full private kitchen. Cinema room with a 108" screen, Roku with free Sling and Netflix! Large private patio with your own hot tub and BBQ and beautiful views! The home has a charming ranch setting in a very safe/quiet neighborhood with hobby orchards and farms. We are very close to town, and only 2 blocks from Highway 9 (the road to Zion Park). This 2,100 sq ft space is the entire fully private lower level of a large 5200 sq ft house. We live in the upper floor of the house. Yours is the fully private lower half, which is ground level on the north side (not a basement). You will love this home! There are 2 high-quality queen beds, 1 full-size bed with memory foam, and one quality twin bed. There is also a very nice queen sofa sleeper and two smaller couches. It has granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, 9-ft ceilings, and real Birch hardwood floors throughout. It has a walk-out entrance (no steps) and is wheelchair accessible. Enjoy the hot tub after a long day of hiking or biking! A few benefits to note: -New Bullfrog hot tub installed March 1st 2021. -We have very fast wifi (100mbps). -We have a whole-home carbon water filtration system, so our water tastes great! (every tap is filtered... even the showers). See photo. -We have two 50-gallon water heaters, so we never run out of hot water. -We have plenty of parking for your rigs, so bring your trailers full of ATV's! If you book the same-day as check-in, the earliest check-in time is 6pm, so we can ensure that everything is ready and prepared for you. Guest access Guest access is the lower north entrance (red double doors near the hot tub). There are no steps and it is wheelchair accessible. There is a keypad with an access code that will be sent to you after your reservation is confirmed. Other things to note *VERY IMPORTANT* It is mandatory to shower before entering the hot tub (every time). And, no more than 5 people in the hot tub at one time. If you have long hair, please pull it up (hair products are not good for the hot tub water). If the hot tub water is murky when you check out (from not showering), the hot tub will need to be drained, refilled, reheated and reconditioned with chemicals. There will be a $150 fee for this, which will be applied to your security deposit. So, please just ask everyone in your group to shower first. :) Feel free to use the BBQ. However, please clean the BBQ completely (including utensils) before checkout. If the BBQ isn't clean, there will be a $40 cleaning fee applied to your security deposit.
