The Gregory House is a masterfully restored Victorian home in the historic district of Saco Maine. Saco is conveniently located close to numerous local beaches Old Orchard Beach, Ferry Beach State Park, Bay View Beach, Wells Beach, Ogunquit Beach, Kennebunkport and Portland 18 mins/14.3 miles. The house itself is downtown and the Amtrak station is .4 miles from the house. So much room and close to so much. Portland is only 23mins/16.6 miles. Also close to the University of New England 10mins/5 miles, fine local restaurants such as the Run of the Mill Public House and Brewery (my personal favorite) 1min/0.5miles, Saco Bay Creamery Ice Cream 0.1 miles from the house, Rapid Rays serving southern Maine since 1953 0.4 miles from the house, Pepperell Park 0.3miles from the house. Four local breweries including Dirigo, Banded Horn, Barreled Souls and Run of the Mill Brewery and not far from Portland which is home to 17 breweries which include Allagash, Foundation, Bissel Brothers ... Pretty much the entire house. A couple of locked off areas for our storage. I will be available by phone or text as needed. I am all for celebrations and parties. I feel the house is perfect for this occasion. I want my guests to have fun. I am not interested in hosting drunken events with associated dangerous behaviors and large numbers of attendees not accounted for in the reservation and associated destruction of my vintage house and property.
